Home project

Photos, plans, or measurements are helpful. Start with what you have.

Start with the change you have in mind.

An addition, remodel, driveway, or repair can all start with a simple conversation about your home and what you need.

More room

Make more space or change the layout.

This may be a larger project or a change to an area you already use every day.

  • Home additions and ADUs
  • Kitchen and bathroom remodels
  • New construction

Inside the home

Repair or update the rooms you use.

Some projects are about refreshing an area. Others start with a repair that has been waiting.

  • Floors and paint
  • Cabinets and countertops
  • Windows, doors, stairs, and trim
  • Plumbing and electrical

Outside the home

Work around the exterior.

The condition outside the home can be part of the project too.

  • Roofing
  • Concrete walkways and driveways
  • Patios and pool work

Questions homeowners often ask.

Do I need finished plans before I reach out?

No. Photos and a short description of what you want to change are enough for a first conversation. Bring plans, measurements, or city papers when you have them.

What photos are helpful?

Take a few photos of the whole area and a few closer photos of anything damaged, unfinished, or hard to understand. Exterior photos are useful when the work affects the outside of the house.

Can I discuss more than one change at the same house?

Yes. Send a short list of the changes you are considering. We can talk through how the work relates to the home as a whole.

Tell us what you would like to change.

A short description is enough to begin. Add plans or measurements if you have them.
