Across Los Angeles and Orange County, we are seeing a consistent increase in cities requiring public right-of-way work as a condition of ADU and remodel building permits. Property owners applying for an ADU or a significant addition are being told -- often mid-plan-check -- that they must upgrade their water service line, repair sidewalk, replace sewer laterals, or bring their frontage up to current city standards before their building permit will issue or before a specific inspection will be released.
Most property owners have never dealt with this type of work before. They do not know what an encroachment permit is, they do not know why their plumber cannot do the water service line work, and they do not know how long the process takes. We do.

Water service line replacement, sidewalk, curb and gutter, driveway approach, and ADA ramp work in the public right-of-way all require a Class A General Engineering license. We hold it.

Brandon manages client relationships and project execution with a particular focus on commercial property management clients. His experience navigating the needs of property managers — responsiveness, organization, minimal disruption — has made him a trusted point of contact for our commercial portfolio.

Office Manager
Bertha keeps the back office running with precision. From accounts receivable and payable to vendor onboarding and document management, her work ensures that every project is supported by a well-organized operation.

Operations Director
Devinn leads Ambros Construction's operational strategy — building the systems, processes, and partnerships that position the company for continued growth. His work includes implementing estimating infrastructure through BuildingConnected and PlanetBids to expand the project pipeline.
